Curriculum
Our All Regents curriculum was developed in accordance with New
York State Education Department guidelines.
Every Academy student takes a full complement of English, math,
science, social studies, foreign language, physical education and
religious studies each year. They also take at least one full credit
in the fine arts.
Honors and AP courses
Beginning in the freshmen year, the Honors Program offers a rigorous
academic curriculum designed for accelerated students. Advanced
students begin taking honors English and social studies in their
sophomore year. As upperclass women, they can choose from a range
of advanced placement courses, including:
- Biology
- Calculus
- English language composition
- English literature
- Global environmental studies
- European History
- Physics
- US Government
- US History
- Nazareth

compared to less than 10 percent at most co-ed high schools.
