Financial Aid and Scholarships
Nazareth Academy has a proud tradition of providing quality Secondary
education for young women in the Rochester area.We provide a generous
Scholarship and Financial Aid program to make the Academy experience
affordable for families. Over one-third of our enrolled families
currently receive scholarships and needs based financial aid.
Scholarships are awarded to students based on academic merit. We
will also match merit scholarships awarded to students by competitive
schools. In order to qualify for a Nazareth Academy Scholarship,
students must take the placement exam.
Financial aid is based on need. An application for financial aid
does not affect the admissions decision. In fact, an independent
organization is responsible for processing these applications with
the strictest confidence, and reporting its assessment to the school.
The Nazareth Schools Financial Aid Committee determines grants
for aid after careful review of the financial needs analysis provided
by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, and any special circumstances
provided by the family.
Our Scholarship and Financial Aid program provides merit scholarships
and awards, grants for financial aid, and opportunities with other
funding organizations for additional scholarships and financial
aid.
Grant and Aid Assessment packets are available at the time of registration,
after the student has been accepted and the $100 registration fee
has been paid. Review for Financial Aid Applications begin
in April.
