The Arts - Fine Arts

The Fine Arts courses offer opportunities to explore in several types of art media, techniques, and styles. Classes cover anything from basic drawing skills to media and techniques in some of the following areas: tempera, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, collage, calligraphy, printmaking, papermaking, ceramics, and sculpture. Students create a collection of artwork and study composition and design, as well as historical and cultural styles and trends, including evaluation, response, and analysis of works of art.
