General
- Do you have to be Catholic
to attend?
No, about 50% of our students are Catholic. Religious education
focuses on universal faith and values and a celebration of
our religious similarities and differences. Daily prayers
and monthly prayer services allow students to be involved
in sending messages of peace, hope, and faith to the school
community.
- Is transportation available?
Students come to Nazareth Hall from 18 of Monroe County's
school districts. Students living more than 1/2 mile away
and less than 15 miles from Nazareth Hall may apply to their
respective school districts for transportation by April 1.
Forms are available at Registration.
- What age does a child have
to be to attend Preschool?
Nazareth has a developmental Preschool program for 3 and 4
year olds. The program is full day every day and includes
lunch and snacks. For our Pre K - 3 year old class, students
must be 3 years old by September 1st to participate in our
program. For our Pre K - 4 year old class, students must be
4 by December 1st.
- Do you offer a full day
Kindergarten program?
Yes, Nazareth offers a full day Kindergarten program 8:00
am - 2:30 pm daily. Students must be 5 by Dec. 1st. The Kindergarten
program is a developmental program offering a wide variety
of academic and social experiences. The Kindergarten program
focuses on the learning process through discovery and a child's
natural curiosity in a guided environment.
