In Chorus, all students have an opportunity to develop their singing skills within a larger group. Once a week, students come to Chorus in the following pairs:
- Pre-K and Kindergarten
- Grades 1 and 2
- Grades 3 and 4
- Grades 5 and 6
The children sing in unison until Third and Fourth Grade, when they begin singing in two-part rounds and partner songs. By Fifth and Sixth Grade, students are singing more challenging harmonies and sometimes split into three or more parts.
During Chorus, students learn songs for skill building, for Masses and Prayer Services, for other special school events (such as the Black History Month Assembly), and for the Christmas and Spring Concerts.
