History Club
At Nazareth Elementary, we believe that learning is most powerful when it is active and engaging. Our new History Club (K–3), offered in partnership with the Genesee Country Village & Museum, gives students the chance to step into the past and make history come alive.
Through interactive, in-classroom experiences, museum educators will guide our Kindergarten through Grade 3 students in exploring the world of the 19th century. Using artifacts, stories, and games, children will discover how people lived, worked, and played—connecting lessons from long ago to their own lives today.
The History Club nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning that reaches beyond the classroom. In the spirit of our Nazareth mission—“Where faith, love and learning thrive”—we are excited to spark imaginations and help students see themselves as lifelong learners, shaped by both the past and the future.
We are grateful for our partnership with GCV&M and additional funding from Emma's Light to bring this new club to our students!
