A Message From Our Principal

  • Nazareth Elementary is a special place where faith, love, and learning thrive! At Nazareth, children in Preschool through Grade 6 grow in wisdom, age, and grace. Students learn to strive for excellence, make choices based on Christian values, embrace diversity, and be of service to others.

Since 1871 the Sisters of St. Joseph have been providing quality Catholic education for all through the Nazareth Schools – the Nazareth Hall, Nazareth Middle School, Nazareth Academy. We are proud to continue that spirit today at Nazareth Elementary.

Parents choose Nazareth for several reasons: strong academics, integration of faith and values into every aspect of school, many enrichment opportunities, the diversity of our student population, dedicated staff, and Nazareth’s safe, nurturing environment. Nazareth parents want their children to discover their God-given gifts and use them to help others, to develop a love for learning, good moral character, and self-confidence that will allow them to succeed in school and in life.

Along with our strong academic programs, we offer many enrichment opportunities that enhance the curriculum, including:

    • Creative Dance Movement
    • Chorus and Instrumental Lessons
    • Technology Integration – Computers, Chromebooks, iPads, and Smartboards
    • Academic Intervention Services
    • Free After-School Tutoring
    • Storytelling Competition
    • Weekly Banking through St. Pius X Federal Credit Union
    • School Social Worker Services
    • After-School Clubs such as 100 Mile Run Club, Science Club, Children’s Choir, Dulcimer Club, Basketball Skills, and Sign Language Club

Choosing a school for a child is a very important decision. We invite families to come and see our school in action. (Our children love visitors!) Join us on the journey that will shape the leaders of tomorrow. Walk with us as together we grow, dream, pray, and look to a future full of promise. Call for a tour at 585.458.3786.

    Peace and blessings,
